Sarah’s Heart is a compassionate mission dedicated to transforming the lives of children with Special Needs in Uganda—especially those living with Cerebral Palsy. Founded with love and purpose, our goal is to help these children develop to their fullest potential through physical therapy, educational support, and personalized care.
Each child receives an individualized development plan created by a team of specialists to build key life skills such as speaking, writing, self-feeding, and personal hygiene. We also empower families by teaching them therapy techniques so they can continue supporting their child at home.

Our work goes beyond therapy—we are committed to changing the culture around Special Needs through awareness campaigns in schools, churches, and communities. In partnership with Shriners Children’s Hospital in the USA, we provide access to advanced medical care including orthopedic, occupational, and speech therapies. Since our mission began in late 2023, we have already started making a difference, beginning with our first child receiving treatment in the United States.
